Jane Zamost (b.1958, United States)
Jane Zamost, Artist and Healing Art Instructor, was born and raised in New Jersey, United States. Jane received her Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers College, Rutgers University with an emphasis in Fine Arts and Communication. She studied abroad at the Sir John Cass School of Art and London Polytechnic in London, England. She has been involved in more than 50 group/solo art shows. Jane is currently in the permanent exhibits at hospitals and corporations in the United States and as of 2020, her first museum exhibit in Athens, Greece museum. When Jane served as Healing Arts Program Coordinator at Capital Health, a US-based hospital system, she curated rotating art exhibits and was awarded grants for the development of permanent art exhibits and programming. Jane’s three-dimensional, mosaic and painted ox “Splendor in the Glass” received the 2nd Place People’s Vote Award. Jane currently creates works and teaches the healing arts from her studio in the United States.
